An Afghan lady made renowned by a 1985 National Geographic cover has talked only to the BBC of her desire for a fresh start, in the wake of being expelled from Pakistan.Sharbat Gula now lives with her five-year-old child and three girls in Kabul, where she says she needs to carry on with a typical life following quite a while of catastrophe and hardship.  Her picture as a 10-year-old turned into a famous picture of Afghan displaced people escaping war.
